Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use G.U.R.T. (General Utility & Roblox Tool), a Discord bot for Roblox community features. By interacting with the bot, you agree to these terms and to the rules of the Discord server where it is installed.
Using the bot
Use G.U.R.T. only through its intended commands, buttons, and server features. You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable Roblox rules when using related features.
- Do not use the bot to harass, threaten, spam, defraud, or violate another person’s rights.
- Do not attempt to exploit, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the bot, its database, or its integrations.
- Do not submit content through the bot that you are not allowed to share, including confidential or sensitive information in AI chat.
- Do not use bot features to evade server moderation or Discord or Roblox enforcement.
Community content and moderation
You remain responsible for the messages, files, and other content you submit. Server administrators control their server’s access, roles, channels, and moderation. The bot may process messages to run commands, moderate links or attachments, operate support tickets, and produce the features described in the Privacy Policy.
Virtual items and payments
Gurtcoins, pets, inventory items, points, event rewards, and similar bot records are virtual features with no cash value. They are not money, deposits, or a promise of a real-world payout. They may not be sold or exchanged for real money unless the operator explicitly offers a separate authorized purchase.
Where a feature accepts payment or grants a paid role, the applicable price and provider terms will be shown at the point of purchase. Payments are handled by the listed payment provider. The bot may record your Discord ID and payment status to apply or remove the associated feature. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights are governed by applicable law and the payment provider’s process.
Roblox, AI, and other third-party services
Roblox account links, game information, presence notifications, and related features depend on Roblox and other third-party services. G.U.R.T. is an independent community bot and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Discord or Roblox.
AI-generated responses can be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review them before relying on them. Do not use them as professional advice or submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information to the AI feature. Third-party services are also governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Availability and changes
The bot is provided as a community service and may change, become unavailable, or have features removed. The operator may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security, moderation, or operational reasons. Server administrators may remove the bot at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the bot is provided without a promise that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. The operator is not responsible for interruptions or errors caused by Discord, Roblox, Google, database hosting, payment providers, or other third parties.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law, including any non-excludable consumer guarantees.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the bot or its features change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is posted. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
